Vulcan Infrastructure & Power Inc.

Greenidge Generation Holdings develops and operates energy-intensive datacenters and power generation assets, primarily serving cryptocurrency mining and high-performance computing. The company operates bitcoin miners for both self-mining and customer hosting through agreements like its NYDIG partnership, while also generating revenue through a vertically integrated natural gas power plant in New York that sells electricity to wholesale markets and provides grid services. As it expands into artificial intelligence and high-performance computing infrastructure, Greenidge leverages its owned power generation assets, grid interconnections, and datacenter expertise to serve cloud providers and computing-intensive companies, with revenue derived from hosting fees, mining rewards, wholesale power sales, and infrastructure services.
