CHS Inc. is a farmer-owned agricultural cooperative that operates an integrated supply chain serving agricultural producers and food manufacturers across North America and globally. The company operates three core business segments: an Energy business that runs two refineries and markets petroleum products, gasoline, diesel, and propane under the Cenex brand; an Agriculture business encompassing grain marketing and export, oilseed crushing, ethanol production, and an agri-retail network selling seed, crop nutrients, animal feed, and fuels; and a Nitrogen Production operation that holds a major equity stake in a fertilizer production joint venture.
