BioRestorative Therapies, Inc.

BioRestorative Therapies develops therapeutic products using adult stem cells derived from patients' own bone marrow and other tissue sources. The company operates three main segments: a disc and spine program focused on treating chronic back and neck pain from degenerative disc disease using autologous mesenchymal stem cells cultured under hypoxic conditions; a metabolic program in preclinical development targeting type 2 diabetes, obesity, and related disorders through bioengineered brown adipose tissue constructs; and a commercial biocosmeceuticals line featuring cell-based products designed to reduce wrinkles and improve cosmetic appearance, sold through medical spas and direct-to-consumer channels. The company generates revenue from its cosmeceutical products and has financed operations through capital raises while pursuing regulatory approval for its therapeutic candidates, with revenue growth dependent on obtaining FDA clearances and establishing reimbursement pathways for its cell therapy treatments.
