Bitwise Solana Staking ETF (BSOL) is an exchange-traded trust that provides investors with regulated access to Solana cryptocurrency exposure without requiring direct blockchain custody. The Trust holds Solana tokens and stakes approximately all of its holdings to earn additional Solana rewards, with staking operations conducted by validator agents that share fees with the Sponsor. The Trust acquires and sells Solana through approved trading counterparties and executes creation and redemption of shares through Authorized Participants, generating revenue primarily through a unitary annual sponsor fee on assets under management while delegating custody to an insured qualified custodian and maintaining no use of derivatives, leverage, or hedging strategies.
