EV/EBITDA

Enterprise value divided by trailing EBITDA. A widely-used, leverage-neutral multiple, but treat it with care: EBITDA ignores the real cost of maintaining assets (capex), so it flatters capital-intensive businesses. Not-meaningful when trailing EBITDA is zero or negative.
