Share Buybacks
Cash spent repurchasing the company's own common shares. Reduces the share count, increasing EPS and per-share book value when done at a price below intrinsic value (the Buffett criterion). EDGAR stores buybacks as a positive outflow; the presentation layer negates it. Tag confirmed by XBRL US cash-flow guidance.
