The abrdn Silver ETF Trust is a grantor trust that holds physical silver bullion and issues exchange-traded shares to provide investors with accessible, cost-efficient exposure to silver prices. The Trust holds allocated and unallocated silver bars with a custodian and allows retail and institutional investors to gain silver exposure through traditional brokerage accounts without the complications and expense of direct physical ownership, assay, transportation, and insurance. The Trust generates revenue through an annual sponsor fee of approximately 0.30% of adjusted net asset value and per-order fees from Authorized Participants for share creation and redemption in blocks of 50,000 shares.
