Invesco DB Agriculture Fund is an exchange-traded commodity fund that tracks a diversified index of agricultural futures contracts including corn, soybeans, wheat, sugar, cocoa, coffee, cotton, and livestock. The fund generates returns by investing in futures contracts on these 13 commodities weighted by liquidity and global production, alongside holdings of U.S. Treasury obligations and money market funds used for collateral and cash management. The fund charges investors an annual management fee of 0.85% on net assets and makes money by capturing appreciation in the underlying commodity prices and roll yields from the futures contracts, while also earning interest income on its Treasury and cash holdings.
